How up to date are events on Qrush?
Events on Qrush are maintained directly by organizers and venues and additionally updated automatically from official sources. We cannot guarantee that all information is always complete and current. We appreciate tips at [email protected] if events or venues are missing or data is incorrect.
What happens when an event is cancelled, postponed or changed?
Changes or cancellations of events are updated in the app as soon as we receive the relevant information. Since final decisions rest with organizers and venues, we recommend also checking the event's official channels before attending. For ticket questions or refunds, please contact the respective ticket provider or organizer directly.
How do I delete my Qrush account?
You can delete your account directly in the app under Settings. Alternatively, you can email us at [email protected]. After deletion all your personal data is removed in line with GDPR.
How can I give feedback or report missing events?
You can reach us anytime at [email protected] or send feedback directly through the app. We appreciate tips about missing events, venues or information that needs to be added or corrected.
