Community Guidelines

Qrush GmbH, Zum Sportplatz 5, 01723 Kesselsdorf, Germany ("Qrush", "we", "us") operates a nightlife and event platform ("App").

Our App allows users to discover events, connect with the community, and redeem exclusive deals.

These guidelines apply together with our Terms and Conditions for all users.

1. Use by Minors

  • Users must be at least 18 years old.
  • Content depicting minors (<18 years) is not allowed.

2. Images

  • Uploaded images must be authentic and clearly show the uploader.
  • No screenshots, images of other photos/screens, or AI-altered images.
  • No depiction of alcohol, cigarettes, hookahs, or similar.
  • No nudity or primary/secondary sexual characteristics.

3. Content Involving Minors / Sexual Exploitation

  • Sexualized content involving minors or content promoting sexual exploitation is prohibited.
  • We will immediately inform authorities if such content is found.
  • Examples of prohibited content:
    • Sexually explicit depictions of minors
    • Computer-generated sexual content involving minors
    • Links to material promoting sexual exploitation
    • Recruitment or advertising of sexual acts involving minors
    • Identification of suspected victims
  • Actions targeting persons under 21 for prostitution or slavery are prohibited.

4. Pornography / Sexualized Content

  • Any pornographic or sexualized content is prohibited.
  • Includes:
    • Depictions of sexual acts or pornography
    • Nudity intended for sexual arousal
    • Sex toys or extreme fetishes
    • Content involving necrophilia, bestiality, or sexual acts with animals
    • Offers or requests for sexual acts in exchange for money or other benefits

5. Hate Speech / Discriminatory Content

  • Content promoting violence or hate against individuals or groups is prohibited.
  • Examples:
    • Far-right or far-left extremist content
    • Politically extreme statements
    • Terrorist content or glorification of violence
    • Promotion of symbols/groups against our values
    • Calls for hate or discrimination

6. Fraud / Identity Fraud

  • Fraudulent content or deceiving other users is prohibited.
  • Includes:
    • Fake profiles / false identities
    • Falsely claiming financial hardship (scamming)

7. Personal or Third-Party Advertising

  • The App cannot be used for advertising.
  • Profile pictures, names, or chats cannot contain ads.
  • Job offers, money-making schemes, or similar are prohibited.

8. Insults / Defamation

  • Content insulting, humiliating, or threatening others is not allowed.
  • Includes unverified conspiracy theories and false accusations.

9. Offensive / Vulgar Content

  • Obscene or violent content, or content promoting fear or prejudice, is prohibited.
  • Includes:
    • Graphic or violent content
    • Racist, sexist, or degrading content
    • Content promoting fear or prejudice against groups

10. Bullying / Stalking

  • Users must respect others' wishes for distance.
  • Prohibited actions include:
    • Unwanted messages or sexual content
    • Repeated profile visits despite blocking
    • Creating new profiles after being blocked

11. Coercion / Extortion

  • Threats or demands for money in exchange for content are prohibited.

12. IT / Data Security

  • No automated registration, malware, data extraction, or phishing.

13. Copyright / Intellectual Property

  • Uploaded content must not violate third-party rights.
  • Permission to use content must be demonstrable.

14. Abuse of the Reporting Function

  • Repeated unjustified reports may lead to account suspension.

15. Handling Reports

  • Reports are carefully reviewed.
  • Serious violations may lead to immediate suspension.
  • Users are informed about actions taken.
  • Decisions can be appealed through legal remedies.

Is Qrush for 18 and over?

Yes. Qrush is exclusively for users aged 18 and over.

How does Qrush make nightlife safer?

Qrush makes nightlife safer through concrete features and partnerships:

  • Location sharing: Quickly share your location with contacts directly from the app
  • Drop Detective partnership: Awareness and prevention around drink spiking
  • In-app support information for those affected and their friends

We're continuously adding more safety features.

Can I report or block other users?

Yes. If you notice a profile or behaviour that seems inappropriate, suspicious or untrustworthy, you can report and block users directly in the app. Our team reviews incoming reports and can take action against accounts that violate our guidelines.
