Accessibility Statement

Scope

This statement applies to the website qrushapp.de operated by Qrush GmbH, Zum Sportplatz 5, 01723 Kesselsdorf, Germany.

Legal Framework

Qrush is a microenterprise within the meaning of the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz, BFSG). Services provided by microenterprises are exempt from the requirements of the BFSG. Regardless of this, accessibility matters to us: we voluntarily align with the requirements of EN 301 549 and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

State of Accessibility

We continuously improve accessibility. Known limitations we are working on:

• Primary action buttons and highlights in the brand color (white text on orange) do not meet the recommended 4.5:1 contrast ratio. We intentionally keep them for brand recognition and are evaluating accessible alternatives.
• Map and image content is in part not fully usable with assistive technologies.
