Freifeld: A night of deep techno, dub, electro and ambient, where experimentalism and club music merge. The versatile GiGi FM rounds off a sonic excursion in which Kangding Ray's techno-infused designer electronica meets electro luminary Convextion.
Annex: For the second funkscapes night at Open Ground's Annex floor Eoism, Credit 00 and Benedikt Meger join forces. funkscapes is a record label from Düsseldorf that releases electronic funk grooves from the past and the future. Eoism have been featured with two tracks on the compilation series 'FUTUR'. And Credit 00 did a fresh rework on the upcoming extended reissue of Pop Projekt's 'Elektrik Boogie'.
Label founder Benedikt Meger will warm up the floor with a mélange of electro, boogie funk and other kicking records. The following live-set by Eoism will be the nucleus of the night and they will play serious electro on their Electribes for about 90 minutes. Credit 00 will take it from there with his funky and trippy sound. Come to dance!
