Since 2015, Bahnwärter Thiel has been a unique cultural hotspot in Munich, combining art, music, and community in a colorful world of graffiti-covered containers, old trams and subway cars, and floating gondolas. Artists work in open studios, families tend to urban gardens, and a bistro inside a U-Bahn offers food with a view. Next door, a tram car becomes a youth hangout, while the Kulturhaus hosts concerts, theater, films, and more. We're happy to invite some of the fascinating Bahnwärter Residents to Leipzig and have a dance with them! Karlo Kurbel spins a blend of Indie Dance and Melodic Techno at the legendary Prosecco Bar on Taka Tuka Island — where sparkling wine flows, glitter shines, and the vibe is always bubbly. Moritz Butschek, a Bahnwärter resident and seasoned festival favorite, brings a driving mix of Techno, Acid, and Progressive to the floor — with sounds honed across top venues like Sisyphos, Kater Blau, and beyond. Wanda Wild delivers genre-bending sets from playful House to ethereal Techno, shaped by her deep connection to the crowd. A resident at Bahnwärter and rising star across Europe, her music and vibrant presence leave no one standing still.
