HOW TO SIGN UP Sign-up Window: 19:15 – 19:45 (before the music starts). Process: Write your name and your Instagram handle on a slip of paper and drop it in the box. Everyone who plays gets tagged. Selection: 20 slots per night. Performance order is drawn from the box completely at random. YOUR SLOT Format: 1 Slot = 2 songs, up to 10 minutes maximum. Timing: Your time starts as soon as your name is called (setup included). Wrap it up when the host gives you the sign—anything past 10 minutes cuts into someone else’s time. Limit: Maximum 2 slots per night per singer (guest spots in other sets count toward this limit). NEED SOMETHING SPECIAL? Special Requests: If you need backing vocals, a bigger setup, or an early/late slot, let the team know early or note it on your paper slip. Contact: Ask for your host, Kerim , at the bar.
