Chico Chico

Chico Chico is one of the most compelling voices of the new generation of Brazilian music. Son of iconic artist Cássia Eller, he has carved out his own artistic identity with a deeply expressive sound that blends MPB, rock, and alternative influences. With poetic lyrics and an intimate yet powerful stage presence, Chico Chico explores themes of love, identity, and contemporary life. His work bridges tradition and modernity, connecting the legacy of Brazilian music with fresh, experimental approaches. “Let It Burn – Deixa Arder” presents Chico Chico at his most visceral and multifaceted, blending romantic introspection with a rich tapestry of musical influences - from blues and milonga to Brazilian grooves, gospel, and folk - while revisiting classics with fresh sensitivity; shaped by the diverse production of Pedro Fonseca, the album stands as a powerful and authentic portrait of the artist’s current creative moment.
